1. HR Projects
⦁ Support in rolling out the HR strategy; planning, executing, and overseeing key initiatives & projects with direct impact in the workplace & culture of the organization. Preparing agendas and tracking tasks pertaining to these initiatives.
⦁ Support with implementation of a global HR Information system, helping with definition of processes, business requirements and related tasks as well as manual data entry
⦁ Data Management and reporting: establish and maintain data integrity within HRIS, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee information within the process workflow.
⦁ Develop and generate regular and ad-hoc reports for HR and leadership, providing insights into key HR metrics and trends.
⦁ Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for strategic decision-making.
⦁ Support in implementation of key HR modules in a global HRIS/Success factor such as, performance management (PM), recruiting (TA) and learning management system LMS.
⦁ Support with executive sourcing and related coordination activities; schedule interviews, keep records, arrange follow-ups, etc.
2. Executive Support:
⦁ You help with the development and preparation of topics, keep an eye on every detail conducting thorough research, and presenting results effectively (in Excel and PowerPoint, etc).
⦁ You take care of interface management; you are responsible for minutes and tracking of tasks in important meetings, and you accompany international meetings and workshops, as necessary.
⦁ Travel Coordination & meeting/events scheduling: arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for business trips, HR team off sites, townhalls, workshops, other group meetings and managing all related expenses.
3. Communication and Coordination:
⦁ Support the CHRO as the point of contact for corporate internal communications.
⦁ Handle general administrative tasks such as email management, filing, and data entry.
⦁ Proven experience as an HR Specialist/HRBP/HR Assistant
⦁ Project management skills and analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
⦁ Preferred experience in HRIS implementation, data management, and reporting
⦁ Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
⦁ Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
⦁ Extraordinary commitment and motivation
⦁ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
⦁ High level of discretion and professionalism
⦁ Excellent MS Office skills
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to note that the minimum salary for this position according to the collective agreement is EUR 3,244.00 gross per month. The actual salary package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly higher, depending on experience and qualifications.
