R&D Technical Support (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Pilot plant maintenance and implementation of new equipment
• Planning and realization of application trials at pilot plant, supporting projects and customers’ needs
• Raw materials evaluation/harmonization
• Active participation in training/workshop
• Support to production for optimization and implementation of new formulas
• Close collaboration with Quality/Production/Local Purchasing/CS
• Controlling R&D Budget by tracking and categorizing expenses related to product development trials, training initiatives, technical seminars.
• Support integration activities
   
  

Skills

• Diploma in Food Science and Technology or similar
• 3-5 years of experience in a food company (R&D or OPS). Experience in the meat industry is an advantage
• Fluent in Italian and in English, both written and spoken
• Positive approach, strong team spirit, open minded, good communication skills, motivated and passionat
