Global Talent Manager (m/f/d)

Tasks
- Lead the design, enhancement, and global coordination of development programs, including succession planning, leadership development, career pathing, and talent pipelines
- Drive the global rollout and continuous improvement of leadership, high‑potential, and other strategic development programs in close collaboration with regional HR teams
- Shape and implement global initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, recognition and long‑term retention
- Advance the development of a diverse and inclusive global talent pipeline
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key global talent metrics, deriving insights and recommendations for senior leadership
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in talent management, learning & development, organizational development, or related fields (global exposure preferred)
- Proven experience in designing and conceptualizing development programs (leadership, high potentials, career paths, etc.)
- Strong strategic thinking, project management, and stakeholder management skills
- Clear and effective communication skills for working with diverse global stakeholders at different organizational levels
- High proficiency in using KPIs and analytics to drive decision‑making; advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are a plus
- Ability to navigate complexity, work across cultures and time zones, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- A creative, solution‑oriented mindset combined with strong analytical capabilities.
- Experience working in a private equity–backed environment is an advantage

The minimum gross salary for this position is € 3.748,13 per month on a full-time basis. We offer a compensation package that significantly reflects your skills and experience.
