Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for procurement? We are currently seeking a Strategischer Einkäufer (w/m/d) specializing in Rohstoffe to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring a reliable procurement process within your area of responsibility. Your tasks will include identifying, selecting, and qualifying new suppliers, optimizing our existing supplier portfolio, and conducting ongoing market analyses. You will also be responsible for negotiating and finalizing framework and cooperation agreements, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and providing valuable market insights and price forecasts. If you have a successful track record in strategic procurement, strong English language skills, proficiency in MS-Office, and ideally, SAP knowledge, we invite you to be a part of our dynamic team and contribute to our company's success.
Key Responsibilities/Tasks
- Ensuring and monitoring the purchasing process for the own area of responsibility
- Identification, selection and qualification of new suppliers as well as optimization of the existing supplier portfolio
- Ongoing procurement market analyses and monitoring of relevant indices
- Negotiation and conclusion of framework and cooperation agreements
- Continuous identification of savings potential and implementation of cost reductions
- Preparation of market analyses and price forecasts
- Supporting the specialist departments in the development of new products
- Collaboration in cross-departmental purchasing projects
Qualifications
- First professional experience in strategic purchasing (in the field of raw materials would be an advantage)
- Good MS-Office skills
- SAP knowledge desirable
Required education
- Successfully completed commercial education (Matura, studies, or similar)
Language skills
- Very good knowledge of German and English
Travel requirement
- approx. 10%

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to note that the minimum salary for this position according to the collective agreement is EUR 2,308.73 gross per month. The actual salary package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly higher, depending on experience and qualifications.
