Your task:

With a motivating understanding of leadership you lead your team

They are responsible for the stock of goods: They ensure a corresponding presentation of our goods in the store, as well as for a modern handling of goods delivery and returns

They guarantee excellent customer service and initiate measures to increase sales

They ensure that all specifications, standards and guidelines regarding correct procedures, product presentation, service, etc. are complied with

You are responsible for the training and education of your team

They ensure that your team reaches the KPIs and sales goals

You are responsible for the personnel planning and the proper functioning of the department

 

Your profile:

They have a strong communication and enthusiasm

Leadership experience is required, at least first team leadership experience in an environment with similar products

They have good product knowledge and understand practical and technical product differences

They have good organizational skills, can prioritize tasks and delegate activities

They are flexible in use (including evenings and weekends)

You have a motivational understanding of leadership in the development of your team and your own performance

They have the ability to motivate a team as a role model

They work goal-oriented and result-oriented

You have good command of English
