Managing Director Cranes + Handling Systems | Bratislava
Our client is one of the leading players in the capital goods sector in several central European countries. For the location near Bratislava, we are currently looking for a MANAGING DIRECTOR with focus on SALES and AFTER SALES and the clear goal of further developing the market position in the Slovakia.
Within this position, you will be responsible for revenue, costs, profit and for all sales activities (such as strategy development and implementation, personal acquisition and support of key accounts, management and control of sales staff, optimisation of sales and service structures). You ensure a close collaboration with the corporate headquarters in Austria and the delivery plants. Your tasks include the monitoring and management of working capital (in particular the outstanding debts).
We expect commercial and/or technical training, practical experience in a similar role within the capital goods sector (e.g. cranes, handling systems, construction machinery, vehicle manufacturing, commercial vehicles, agricultural machinery, etc.), good written and spoken English language skills (German would be helpful) as well as a target- and results oriented management style, hands-on-mentality and excellent communications skills.
We are planning a corresponding training in Austria to ensure a smooth transition.
