We are looking for a professional and committed IT Administrator who can be part of our North America IT Hub and help to ensure the correct function of local computers, equipment, servers and electronic devices, giving effective and timely attention to the users on our different sites.
The position will be located in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon, Mexico.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related science.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken), any other language is an asset.
Knowledge needed:
- Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Client/Server Versions and O365 (Certifications not necessary)
- Fronted Virtual Machine Administration.
- Database, Network, DNS and DHCP basics.
- Deeper knowledge with or w/o certificates of Microsoft O365, Cisco/Meraki Networks or checkpoint Firewalls would be beneficial

Responsibilities:
- Daily coordination and operation on the information system together with global IT team.
- Level 1 and 2 support for end users, infrastructure and production related IT systems.
- Capable of providing 3rd level support for the teams in Mexico, Canada and USA.
- Provide tools, training and support to the end users.
- Assuring support to improve satisfaction with the final user being service oriented.
- Respect of group standards, concerning hardware, software, user and license management following global IT guidelines
